PROVEN METHODS - Planning

A detailed project plan is created based upon the results of the initial review and is presented to the client for finalization. The plan will list project objectives and the sequence in which the business is to be automated. ReAcct System utilizes a phased approach to automation (see Phased Transition).

This approach allows the client to target and prioritize those business segments whose automation will yield the greatest benefit. By following this approach, existing staff resources can be leveraged to support both day-to-day operations and the implementation.

The project plan provides target dates for the completion of each project milestone and takes into account resource availability during critical annual reporting periods. Customized program development is also included in the project plan and defines the scope of all system modification identified during the requirements evaluation process.
